Being under pressure, and struggling through, brings with it the amazing benefit of increased abilities.

The increased force (pressure) during exercise creates stronger muscles, stronger bones, and increases our ability to perform that task again, and at a higher capacity.

In exercise, like in life, to get stronger we need to muscle up and struggle through the pressure.
